The Service provides independent study materials - practice questions, answers, explanations, and mock tests - to help people prepare for the New Zealand citizenship test. The Service is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or connected to the Department of Internal Affairs or the New Zealand Government.

The official citizenship test format and question bank are determined solely by the New Zealand Government and may differ from the materials on this Service, including before the official test details are published. While we work to keep content accurate and current, we make no warranty that our materials reflect the official test, and using the Service does not guarantee that you will pass the citizenship test or be granted citizenship.

Content on the Service is general information only and is not legal or immigration advice. For advice about your citizenship application, consult the Department of Internal Affairs or a licensed immigration adviser or lawyer.

If account features are offered, you are responsible for keeping your login details secure and for all activity under your account. You must provide accurate information and be at least 16 years old, or have parental consent, to create an account.

You agree not to: copy, scrape, resell, or redistribute the question bank or other content; attempt to gain unauthorised access to any part of the Service, including administrative areas; interfere with the operation or security of the Service; or use the Service for any unlawful purpose.

All content on the Service - including questions, answers, explanations, design, and branding - is owned by us or our licensors and is protected by copyright. You may use the content for your own personal, non-commercial study only.

Some features may be offered for a fee in the future. Prices, inclusions, and any refund terms will be shown at the point of purchase. Consumers in New Zealand retain any rights they have under the Consumer Guarantees Act 1993 and the Fair Trading Act 1986.

We may modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of the Service at any time, including updating or replacing questions as official test information becomes available. We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any indirect or consequential loss arising from your use of, or inability to use, the Service. Where liability cannot be excluded, it is limited to the amount you paid us for the Service in the 12 months before the claim arose. Nothing in these terms limits rights you have under New Zealand consumer law that cannot be excluded.

We may suspend or terminate access to the Service for breach of these terms. You may stop using the Service, and delete any account, at any time.

These terms are governed by the laws of New Zealand, and you submit to the non-exclusive jurisdiction of the New Zealand courts.
